How my journey could help shape yours
I’m the youngest of three siblings. Brothers. So I’ve always had to keep up. That meant sports from a young age — rugby, tennis, basketball. I threw myself into them all, earning top spots on my school teams and learning the value of discipline, resilience, and pushing past limits.
After school, I didn’t rush into the so-called “real world.” Instead, I took the road less travelled: I travelled. And from trekking in the Himalayan foothills to conquering North Africa’s tallest peak, adventure opened something in me: it showed me the power of the human body and spirit when taken out of its comfort zone.
In 2015, I made another leap - to India, for what I thought would be a three-month yoga training trip. But life had other plans. I met a street dog named Whiskey, who quickly became my best friend. Together, we roamed across India, and three months turned into three transformative years. Yoga, calisthenics, and strength training became part of my daily rhythm - and Whiskey, my unlikely fitness partner, eventually came back to the UK with me. A constant reminder that sometimes, it’s the detours that shape us the most.
But my journey hasn’t always been about bold moves and big summits.
In 2008, I lost my brother to suicide. That loss changed everything. It gave me a deep, personal understanding of grief, mental health, and the invisible weight so many of us carry. That experience shaped me — and it shapes how I work with others, building relationships with empathy at the core.
Alcohol was another difficult chapter. What started as a social friend eventually became something I had to let go of. And when I did, I opened up space in my mind and life - space I needed to grow with clarity and sincerity in the work I do today.
Along my journey, support was everything. With friends and family by my side, I found lasting change. That’s the kind of support I now offer my clients.
Because true transformation doesn’t happen alone. And it doesn't have to.
We champion every positive change. Because even the smallest shift can have a big impact
We embrace discomfort and turn pain into purpose. Because that's where growth starts
We turn partnership into power. Because together, the possibilities are endless
